EU Ordering Policy

Posted by Beaver Electrical on Jun 18, 2026

Our website is designed to serve commercial (Business-to-Business, or B2B) customers. This notice explains how orders destined for the European Union are handled and why automated online checkout is unavailable for those shipments.

EU Consumer Withdrawal Requirements

Effective June 19, 2026, Directive (EU) 2023/2673 requires businesses selling to consumers through distance contracts to provide an online withdrawal function where the statutory right of withdrawal applies.

These requirements are intended for consumer (B2C) transactions.

To Europe, Beaver Electrical supplies industrial electrical equipment and services exclusively to commercial customers.

Our website is intended for business purchases and is not designed to facilitate consumer retail sales within the European Union. As a result, we do not provide the consumer withdrawal functionality required for B2C e-commerce transactions.

To prevent automated online checkout for shipments destined to the European Union, our website intentionally applies a prohibitively high shipping charge to EU destinations. This practically disables an automated checkout process and ensures that all EU orders are reviewed and processed manually.

This is a technical safeguard and should not be interpreted as an actual shipping quotation.
