Return Policy for Internet Sales

You may return most new, unopened, unused, unenergized items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to our warehouse for returning any item. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of delivery of the returned item back to our warehouse. We reserve the right to test and inspect returned goods, and in our sole judgement adjust the refunded amount. If an item has been opened, used, energized, damaged, or is otherwise not in re-sellable condition; a refund may be pro-rated or refused. Some items, particularly custom or special order items, may not be cancellable or returnable. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order. Outbound shipping costs on internet sales are non­-refundable. Only the product purchase price is refundable.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. There are restrictions on some products. Some products cannot be shipped to regions, persons, or companies which our suppliers have deemed unacceptable. We reserve the right to cancel orders which we cannot fulfill for any purpose in our sole discretion. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel the order and refund the full purchase price. When you place an internet order, we will estimate shipping and delivery costs for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping rates are calculated automatically, and are estimates. Shipping rates on bulky items, heavy items, and items shipped to remote destinations may be subject to price adjustments in our sole discretion. If a shipping rate must be adjusted, we will notify you before any additional charges occur.

When a Common Carrier's name is shown on the checkout screen for freight which is moving to Incoterms CPT, and you select a particular Common Carrier, we will make our best efforts to use that particular Common Carrier and service level. In our sole discretion, we may opt to substitute the named Common Carrier for a different Common Carrier who can provide equivalent service levels.

Shipments with delivery addresses outside of Canada are DDU, unless otherwise specified.

Expedited freight on-time guarantee

If an expedited shipping option is requested on an internet order, and Incoterms CPT are agreed to, and the Common Carrier delivers a package slower than their delivery standard; we will credit the freight cost to you if and when the Common Carrier credits us the cost of freight first, subject to the terms of the Common Carrier.

When we show an item for sale on this website, we consider this a "quotation" for the purposes of fulfilling our Standard Terms & Conditions [PDF]; with the exception that prices and stock levels on the website are only valid when they are shown and may change at any time without notice. Full prepayment is required for web sales.
