PHASE PERFECT® ENTERPRISE - WITH VOLTAGE DOUBLING

    Utility Quality Three-Phase Power Anywhere

Phase Perfect® Enterprise transforms single-phase power sources into three-phase power with ease. Its solid-state electronics are the result of over 20 years of development, offering a robust and durable solution for powering all types of loads, from hard-starting motors to sensitive electronics.

    Power Quality

Designed to meet the needs of both demanding motors and delicate electronics, Phase Perfect® ensures optimal power quality. Its cutting-edge microprocessor-controlled electronics adapt to changing conditions, maintaining a balanced voltage and protecting integrated circuits. Say goodbye to the limitations of outdated phase conversion technologies and welcome utility-quality power with Phase Perfect®.

    • LC filter blocks digital noise, ensuring a pure sinusoidal output
    • Durable NEMA 1 all-steel enclosure

    Voltage Doubling for Cost Savings

Phase Technologies introduces its groundbreaking Voltage Doubling technology, a patented integration of variable frequency drive (VFD) and Phase Conversion technology. This innovation targets cost efficiency in deep well and long lead applications by doubling the available supply voltage. For instance, it transforms a standard 230/240 volt A/C power supply to a higher 460/480 volt A/C output without needing an additional transformer.

By increasing the operating voltage of an AC motor, Voltage Doubling technology reduces the full load amperage. This reduction allows for the use of smaller motor cables, which significantly cuts down on costs, especially in applications like submersible pumps where long motor leads are common.

While VFDs are increasingly used in pumping applications due to benefits like variable speed control and advanced protection features, boosting voltage from 230V to 460V can be challenging with a standard VFD. This is due to the harmonic distortion and pulse-width-modulated (PWM) voltage they generate, which can damage transformers used for voltage increase.

Addressing this challenge, Phase Technologies has developed unique lines of voltage doubling phase-converting VFDs and three-phase VFDs. These devices are adept at converting 208V/230V/240V single-phase or three-phase power to 460V three-phase power. Tailored for pumping applications, they incorporate all essential features for these uses, with an easy-to-use interface, ensuring significant savings on installation costs.

    Efficiency

Phase Perfect®'s embedded microprocessor adjusts power output dynamically, ensuring full power without waste. Its efficiency under load and minimal power use when idle lead to significant cost savings. It can even return power to your single-phase source, further enhancing efficiency.

    Durability

Tested in extreme conditions for over 20 years, Phase Perfect® stands up to brownouts, surges, and severe weather. Its robust electronics, including high-quality capacitors and inductors, and the option for a NEMA 3R outdoor-rated chassis, ensure reliability in any environment.

    Applications

From farms and home shops to industrial settings, Phase Perfect® is the go-to solution for equipment requiring three-phase power. It's especially suited for modern equipment with electronic safety features and internet connectivity, ensuring optimal power quality and protection.

Common applications include Elevators, HVAC systems, Wineries, Irrigation systems, Woodworking, Machine Shops, CNC Equipment, and Polishing & Grinding operations.

    Convenience

Installing Phase Perfect® Enterprise is a breeze. Simply mount it using the provided kit, connect two wires in and three wires out, and ensure proper grounding. It's a virtually plug-and-play solution for connecting equipment to three-phase power.
